Terms of Service
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the insigtX website or apps, you accept these terms. Together with our Privacy Policy, they form the entire agreement between you and Marsbetta Technology Limited (registered in Hong Kong, "we" or "us").
If you do not agree, stop using the service. This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
What the service does
insigtX aggregates publicly available data on large capital movements and provides AI-assisted interpretation, news, long-form articles and follow alerts, covering crypto and US equities.
All features are currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will publish the billing and cancellation terms before they take effect.
Important: this is not investment advice
insigtX is an information and education platform. Everything published on the platform is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation of any kind.
You are responsible for your own decisions and for the risk that comes with them, or you should consult an appropriately licensed professional. Historical data, described trends and AI interpretation do not indicate future results and are not a promise of any return.
AI-generated interpretation is based on public data and model inference. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it should never be your only basis for a decision.
What we do not provide
To avoid any misunderstanding, the following sets out what insigtX does not do.
No trading or brokerage
We provide no trading, matching, brokerage or market making services. There is no order placement or execution on the platform, and we do not route orders on anyone's behalf.
No custody
We hold no user assets and never touch user funds. We do not open wallets, hold private keys, or collect payments for anyone. If you sign in with a wallet, we read the public address only.
No promised returns
We make no promise or guarantee about any investment outcome, and we do not offer forecasts of returns.
Data sources and accuracy
Platform data comes from publicly available sources, including public blockchain data, public SEC EDGAR filings, and disclosures from exchanges and issuers.
Public data itself can differ in scope, arrive late, or contain errors. We make no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the data. On-chain address labels are based on public label databases and clustering analysis, and are not proof of identity.

Accounts
No account is needed to read published content. Follow and alert features require an account, which you can create with an email address or by signing in with Google, Apple, Telegram or a wallet signature.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorisation, tell us immediately at dev@insigtx.com.
You can close your account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting us. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to:
interfere with or attempt to interfere with normal operation; circumvent access restrictions or security measures; use automated tools to scrape, bulk download or resell platform data; decompile, reverse engineer or extract our clients, interfaces or algorithms; or use platform content to carry out unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
If you need bulk access to data for research or commercial use, contact dev@insigtx.com to discuss licensing.
We may restrict or terminate your access if you breach these rules.
Content and intellectual property
Original articles, charts, interface design, trademarks and software belonging to insigtX are owned by Marsbetta Technology Limited or its licensors.
You retain rights in content you submit to us, such as enquiry emails or correction reports, but you grant us the licence necessary to provide and improve the service.
Media and third parties citing our articles or charts should credit insigtX and link to the original. Republishing in full or commercial use requires prior permission — write to dev@insigtx.com.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We may interrupt it for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, and we reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change is material, we will say so in-app or on this page.
The platform may include market data, charts and links provided by third parties, whose content and availability we do not control. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we give no warranty in respect of third-party content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of profit or investment losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If a third party brings a claim because you breached these terms or misused the service, you will indemnify us in respect of that claim.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Before raising a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through dev@insigtx.com.
If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
