Advanced Auto Parts reported mixed second-quarter results on Thursday.
Adjusted EPS of $1.03 beat the consensus estimate of 81 cents. Meanwhile, sales of $2 billion missed the expected $2.039 billion.
The company raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance from $2.40-$3.10 to $2.60-$3.30, compared to analyst expectations of $2.92, while maintaining its sales outlook at $8.485 billion-$8.575 billion, versus the analyst estimate of $8.581 billion.
Advanced Auto Parts reiterated its full-year comparable sales growth expectation of 1%-2%, while continuing to focus on merchandising, supply chain, and store operations.
"In the second quarter, the Advanced Auto Parts team remained focused and executed our strategic initiatives to deliver solid profitability while navigating a volatile demand environment. I appreciate the team's hard work and commitment to serving our customers," said President and CEO Shane O'Kelly.
Advanced Auto Parts shares closed Thursday at $42.39.
