Instead of simply identifying the issue or suggesting how to report it, Muse navigated Verizon's website, entered the necessary verification information, and submitted a cleanup request.

The AI agent successfully filed a service ticket with reference number NJC603CC0E and scheduled Verizon to contact the user within 24 to 72 hours to coordinate a dispatch.
