Avici: Refunds Fully Processed with Additional 10% Cashback

On August 30, Avici updated that refunds have been fully processed, with an additional 10% cashback provided. Card issuing partner Rain covered all refund costs. This incident was limited to Solana contract balances funded through Avici's top-up process. Regular Avici Solana and EVM wallets were unaffected, as these are self-custodial. EVM card balances, fiat deposits/withdrawals, and token swaps were not impacted. The relevant Solana contract has been upgraded, with no further abnormal activity detected, and the team continues to monitor. Previously reported, Solana-based neobank Avici suffered an attack on its card contract, affecting approximately $500,000, with the team committing to full refunds.
