Bill Holdings Inc. reported fourth-quarter results after Wednesday's market close, beating expectations on both revenue and profit lines. Here are the details from the report.

Bill Q4 Details

Bill Holdings reported quarterly earnings per share of 84 cents, surpassing the consensus estimate of 70 cents by 18.3%.

Quarterly revenue came in at $436.19 million, exceeding Wall Street's expectation of $430.55 million.

As of the end of Q4, 479,300 businesses used BILL solutions.

Total payment volume processed in Q4 was $98 billion, up 14% year-over-year.

37 million transactions were processed in Q4, up 14% year-over-year.

Core revenue was $400.5 million, up 16% year-over-year. Subscription fees were $76.2 million, up 11% year-over-year. Transaction fees were $324.3 million, up 17% year-over-year.

Float revenue was $35.7 million.

"Our full-year results demonstrate the durability of our business. We continue to see strong demand for BILL's integrated platform and increased adoption of our AI capabilities," said René Lacerte, CEO and founder of BILL.

Outlook BILL expects adjusted earnings per share for fiscal 2027 in the range of $3.56 to $3.79, compared to analyst expectations of $3.35, and revenue between $1.81 billion and $1.86 billion, versus expectations of $1.85 billion.

BILL stock price action: According to data, Bill shares rose 1.17% to $48.27 in Wednesday's after-hours trading.
