Binance to Discontinue Support for BounceBit (BB) Mainnet

On August 31, Binance announced that after BounceBit suffered a hacker attack, the project team decided to permanently cease operations of the chain, and Binance will discontinue support for the BounceBit (BB) mainnet. Binance suspended deposits and withdrawals of BB on the BounceBit mainnet at 10:00 on August 20, 2026 (UTC+8), and will open BB deposits and withdrawals via the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network at 15:00 on September 1, 2026. BB will be migrated from the original mainnet to BNB Smart Chain at a 1:1 ratio, and spot, leverage, contract, and earning services will remain unaffected during the migration.
