Cardano Card to Cease Services on October 31, Wirex Transitions to Non-Custodial Model

PANews reported on October 13 that Cardano Card has announced it will cease services on October 31, 2026, with cardholders able to use the card normally until that date. Its partner Wirex is transitioning to a non-custodial model and decommissioning its custodial infrastructure, leading to the termination of their partnership on the same day. Cardano Card stated that further details regarding the follow-up arrangements of this plan will be announced soon.
