Three new stocks will be available for subscription next week: Baimaike on the Beijing Stock Exchange on August 31, Suiyuan Technology on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market on September 2, and Xinnuowei on the STAR Market on September 3. Suiyuan Technology, along with Moore Threads, Muxi Shares, and Biren Technology, are collectively known as the "Big Four Domestic GPU Makers." Currently, only Suiyuan has yet to go public; once it lists, all four will be present in the capital markets. Previously, Moore Threads, Muxi Shares, and Biren Technology posted first-day closing gains of 425.46%, 692.95%, and 75.82%, respectively.
According to Suiyuan Technology's disclosed prospectus, it plans to issue 43,035,173 shares, accounting for 10% of the total share capital after issuance, with total share capital post-listing of approximately 430 million shares. The IPO aims to raise 6 billion yuan, primarily for the R&D and industrialization of fifth- and sixth-generation AI chip series, as well as advanced AI software-hardware collaborative innovation projects, to continuously advance the independent iteration of domestic computing power infrastructure.
