Citi: Alibaba's AI Business Potential May Further Unlock

Citi analysts indicate Alibaba is poised to benefit further from AI business development. CEO Wu Yongming's goal to achieve 20 gigawatts of AI infrastructure capacity by fiscal 2033 could bring external cloud revenue to $160 billion, above Citi's forecast of $100 billion for fiscal 2031. Citi maintains a "Buy" rating with a target price of HK$189.
