Coty Shares Slide on Missed Earnings, Wolfspeed, ATRenew Among Premarket Losers

U.S. stock index futures were mixed in early trading Thursday, with Nasdaq 100 futures up about 0.1%.

Coty Inc shares fell sharply in premarket trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter adjusted EPS guidance below expectations.

Coty reported a fourth-quarter loss of 2 cents per share, missing the consensus estimate of a 1-cent loss per share. Fourth-quarter revenue came in at $1.27 billion, beating Wall Street's expectation of $1.19 billion by 6.25%.

The company disclosed that the exit of the Gucci Beauty license will lead to a decline in sales and profits in fiscal 2028.

Coty shares fell 7.7% to $2.80 in premarket trading.

Wolfspeed Inc fell 12% to $25.60 in premarket trading after reporting mixed fourth-quarter financial results.

ATRenew Inc fell 7.2% to $4.26 in premarket trading after reporting second-quarter results and issuing a weak third-quarter sales forecast.

Agenus Inc fell 6.5% to $7.72 in premarket trading, while the stock rose about 10% on Wednesday.

Re/Max Holdings Inc fell 6.3% to $13.50 in premarket trading, while the stock rose more than 5% on Wednesday.

LegalZoom.com Inc fell 6% to $5.51 in premarket trading, while the stock rose 3% in the previous session.

Senseonics Holdings Inc fell 5.6% to $8.60 in premarket trading, while the stock rose about 5% on Wednesday.

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd fell 5.4% to $11.70 in premarket trading. Kingsoft Cloud shares rose 14% on Wednesday after reporting better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

John B Sanfilippo & Son Inc fell 5.3% to $77.00 in premarket trading after reporting disappointing quarterly results.

ProQR Therapeutics NV fell 4.5% to $2.12 in premarket trading.

Petco Health and Wellness Company Inc fell 4.4% to $2.82 in premarket trading. Petco recently appointed Jeffrey Naylor to its board of directors.

Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Co fell 2.3% to $32.94 in premarket trading.
