CPC Central Committee and State Council Issue Opinions: Build National Blockchain Network, Promote Deep Integration of Real Economy and Digital Economy

According to Xinhua News Agency on October 10, the CPC Central Committee and State Council recently issued opinions on developing new quality productive forces. The opinions propose promoting deep integration of the real economy and digital economy, building a national integrated computing power network and national blockchain network, improving systems for data property rights confirmation, market trading, benefit distribution, and interest protection, implementing pilot demonstrations for data elements, optimizing the layout, construction,and operation of national data infrastructure. The opinions also propose improving an open, shared,and secure data element market, exploring mechanisms for efficient cross-border data flows, refining policy systems for digital industrialization and industry digitalization, creating internationally competitive digital industry clusters, and establishing mechanisms for future industry investment growth and risk sharing, expanding long-term capital investing in cutting-edge hard technology.
