On CNBC's "Mad Money Lightning Round," Jim Cramer said he is not a big fan of Rocket Lab USA, but is bullish on HawkEye 360, adding that the former is "too speculative."

According to recent news, the company was selected on Tuesday to receive a $12 million contract to support the U.S. Air Force's Space Data Network Consortium.

Jim Cramer said he is bullish on Canadian Natural Resources Limited, calling it one of the "best" oil and gas companies.

Supporting his pick, Canadian Natural Resources reported second-quarter earnings per share of $1.58 on August 6. This beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.40 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $10.648 billion, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $9.320 billion.

Palantir Technologies Inc. reported a "phenomenal" quarter, and Cramer said it is a "great speculative opportunity."

"I'm sticking with it, I'm not giving up," he added. "I think it's really good."

Palantir reported upbeat second-quarter financial results on August 3 and raised its FY26 sales guidance above expectations. Palantir reported second-quarter revenue of $1.94 billion, exceeding analyst expectations of $1.8 billion. The AI software company reported adjusted earnings per share of 41 cents for the quarter, beating the expected 35 cents.

Cramer said International Business Machines Corporation is "very tough. I think it's doing better than people think. It's been going down all the way, but I have to tell you, I know people hate this, although I don't think they should, and I have to keep that in mind."

Williams Companies Inc. is "great," Cramer said.

Supporting his view, Morgan Stanley analyst Robert Kad maintained an Overweight rating on Williams Companies on August 18 and raised the price target from $99 to $103.

IBM reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results on July 22.
