CNBC host Jim Cramer said Meta Platforms Inc. must be viewed as an "enterprise company" following its deployment of Muse artificial intelligence technology. Cramer said this business transformation could push Meta's stock valuation from "18 times" to "24-25 times."

Reassessing Meta's Stock Valuation Multiple

Cramer believes investors must change their definition of Meta's core business model. "From today onward, you have to start viewing Meta as an enterprise company, not just a consumer company," Cramer posted on social media, adding, "That's the power of Muse."

Cramer said he intends to spend time "learning and telling this story," asserting it explains "how an 18x multiple goes to 24-25x."

From today onward, you have to start viewing Meta as an enterprise company, not just a consumer company. That's the power of Muse. I'm going to spend a lot of time learning and telling this story. That's how an 18x multiple goes to 24-25x

As evidence of Meta's enterprise evolution, Cramer pointed to changes in senior management. He highlighted that the CEO of enterprise software company MongoDB Inc. decided to leave his company ahead of its analyst day to lead Meta's new division, reporting directly to CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Cramer noted this executive move indicates enterprise software has become Meta's "North Star."

The CEO of key enterprise software company MongoDB is not leaving his company before analyst day!! — to go run this new division and report directly to Mark, unless the enterprise business is the North Star

Small Business Productivity and Infrastructure

Cramer cited Stratechery's Ben Thompson's analysis, saying Thompson has "the best grasp" on this transformation. Cramer noted that while Muse offers an "amazing convergence of form factors" to help individual users, its broader impact lies in helping "hundreds of millions of small businesses improve productivity."

Ben Thompson of Stratechery has the best grasp on this. He's really covering it the way it should be covered, which is an amazing convergence of form factors that can help individuals, but more importantly, I think, help hundreds of millions of small businesses improve productivity. META

Additionally, Cramer announced he will interview Meta executive Dina Powell McCormick to discuss enterprise Muse. He noted McCormick previously led the "10,000 Women" and "10,000 Small Businesses" programs at Goldman Sachs, saying she taught him "a tremendous amount about how to help small businesses survive and thrive."

Cramer added that McCormick is "the most knowledgeable executive I know" when it comes to the commitments hyperscalers must make when bringing data center projects to local communities.

Dina is also the most knowledgeable executive I know when it comes to the commitments hyperscalers must make if they're going to bring a data center proposal to your community...
