CrowdStrike Q2 Performance Highlights
CrowdStrike reported second-quarter revenue of $1.47 billion, surpassing analyst expectations of $1.44 billion. The company posted adjusted earnings per share of 31 cents, beating the expected 29 cents.
Total revenue grew 26% year-over-year. Subscription revenue came in at $1.4 billion, up 27% year-over-year. Annual recurring revenue rose 25% year-over-year to $5.84 billion, with the company adding $332.8 million in net new ARR during the quarter.
Net cash provided by operating activities was $530.3 million, with free cash flow of $377.4 million. CrowdStrike ended the period with $5.01 billion in cash and cash equivalents.
"Q2 was the best quarter in CrowdStrike's history," said George Kurtz, founder and CEO of CrowdStrike.
"The Mythos moment has translated into mainstream consensus that AI adoption requires security, and that's CrowdStrike. Every enterprise will run on AI, and protecting it is the largest market opportunity in our history."
CrowdStrike expects third-quarter revenue of $1.523 billion to $1.529 billion, compared to analyst expectations of $1.515 billion. The company projects third-quarter adjusted EPS of 31 cents, in line with expectations.
CrowdStrike raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance from a range of $5.92 billion to $5.96 billion to a new range of $5.99 billion to $6.01 billion, versus analyst expectations of $5.93 billion. The company also lifted its full-year adjusted EPS guidance from a range of $1.22 to $1.24 to a new range of $1.25 to $1.26, compared to analyst expectations of $1.23.

CRWD Stock Rises After Hours
CrowdStrike shares rose 10.58% in after-hours trading, trading at $209.20 at the time of writing on Wednesday.
