Faraday Future Robot Sales Hit Record 158 Units in August, Full-Year Target 2,000 Units

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. said Monday its EAI robot equipment sales and shipments reached 158 units in August, setting a monthly record, as the company expands its robotics business and restructures its balance sheet.

The California-based company said cumulative robot sales and shipments reached 552 units through the end of August. Deliveries began in February.

Faraday Future said it continues to maintain positive gross margin at the product level. The company's full-year target is 2,000 units.

Robotics Business Expansion

Faraday Future said robot motion control and EAI model training have entered the engineering testing and delivery stage. The company also plans to release its EAI Robotics Education Ecosystem Solution 1.0 on September 19.

Meanwhile, its EAI data factory is in discussions with more than 10 potential customers. The company is also seeking data orders in Southeast Asia.

Faraday Future Reduces Potential Dilution

The company also reported progress on capital restructuring. It cancelled more than 33.5 million investment warrants related to the March 2025 financing, while also cancelling nearly 240,000 warrants for unissued common stock.

Based on current shares outstanding, these actions eliminate approximately 57.48% of potential dilution related to that financing on a fully diluted basis.

"Made in America" Plan Advances

The company's robotics division also signed a cooperation agreement with AIBOT to provide support in regulatory compliance, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain.

Founder and Global CEO Jia Yueting disclosed that AIBOT's founder is affiliated with him. Faraday Future said its audit committee and board of directors have reviewed and approved the agreement.
