The board also declared an initial quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on December 4 to shareholders of record on November 13.

$500 Million Tempe Facility

Separately, Honeywell Aerospace announced a $500 million investment in Tempe, Arizona, to build a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, with production slated to begin by the end of 2028.

The facility will add internal complex machining capabilities, which the company identified as a constrained area within its supply base. It will also bring production of the Assure actuation system and Attune vapor cycle cooling subsystems in-house through vertical integration.
