U.S. stock index futures were mixed this morning, with Dow Jones futures down about 50 points on Thursday.
HP Inc. shares fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported its third-quarter earnings.
HP reported quarterly earnings per share of 83 cents, beating analyst estimates of 69 cents. Quarterly revenue came in at $15.68 billion, surpassing Wall Street expectations of $14.43 billion and higher than the $13.93 billion reported in the same period last year.
HP raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share guidance to a new range of $3.19 to $3.29, while analysts had expected $3.04.
HP shares fell 8.3% to $28.00 in pre-market trading.
