Huawei Unveils Mate XT 2 with Kirin 9050 Pro Chip

Huawei launched the Mate XT 2 tri-fold smartphone in Guangzhou on the 7th, featuring the latest Kirin 9050 Pro chip, the first high-performance chip to adopt logical folding technology. The Kirin 9050 Pro stacks logic units in layers within a single chip, adding vertical interconnect channels for shorter signal paths, lower latency, and better performance. This marks Huawei's first new Kirin chip at a flagship launch in six years, following the global debut of the Mate 40.
