Jack Henry & Associates reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results after Tuesday's close and issued above-consensus FY27 GAAP EPS guidance.
Jack Henry & Associates reported quarterly EPS of $1.57, surpassing the consensus estimate of $1.46. The company's sales reached $644.023 million, exceeding the expected $630.835 million.
Jack Henry & Associates said FY2027 GAAP EPS guidance is $7.33-$7.38, above the consensus estimate of $7.26. The company's adjusted sales guidance is $2.659 billion-$2.684 billion, below the expected $2.678 billion.
CEO and President Greg Adelson said: "We are very pleased to report record sales and financial results for fiscal 2026. We achieved a record 58 competitive core customer wins for the year, including 14 institutions with over $1 billion in assets, and set new highs for non-GAAP revenue in both the fourth quarter and full year. Jack Henry shares rose 1.8% on Thursday, trading at $165.97.
