Jingying Tech's Wu Gaoming: AI Video's Endgame Is a Screenwriter-Centric Model

In the first quarter of this year, 128,000 new micro-dramas launched in China, with AI accounting for over 95%, reaching 718 million monthly active users and an average daily viewing time of 129 minutes per person. Wu Gaoming, co-founder of Jingying Technology, believes that post-production, acting, and directing will be gradually taken over by AI, but the tacit knowledge that screenwriters rely on—an intuition for human hearts and experience of the world—has not been structured, and models cannot learn it.
