Major US indices closed higher on Thursday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 0.2% to 53,569.44, the S&P 500 up 0.72% to 7,730.99, and the Nasdaq up 1.57% to 26,541.35.

Marvell Technology Inc.

Marvell reported second-quarter revenue of $2.74 billion and adjusted earnings per share of 94 cents, both beating analyst estimates of $2.71 billion and 92 cents. Revenue grew 37% year-over-year. Strategy Inc.

Strategy Inc. shares jumped 11.54% to close at $137.40. The stock hit an intraday high of $139.78 and a low of $124.46, with a 52-week range of $81.81 to $365.21. In after-hours trading, shares rose 1.21% to $139.06.
