US stock index futures were mostly lower this morning, with Nasdaq 100 futures down about 0.3% on Friday.
Marvell Technology Inc shares fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported its second-quarter financial results.
Marvell reported second-quarter revenue of $2.74 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $2.71 billion. The chip designer reported adjusted earnings per share of 94 cents for the quarter, beating the 92-cent estimate.
Marvell Technology shares fell 7.6% to $223.00 in pre-market trading.
