Musk Tackles Power Generation Bottleneck! SpaceX to Produce Its Own "Gas Turbine Blades"

According to reports, SpaceX is setting up a foundry in Bastrop, Texas, to produce its own gas turbine blades and vanes. Musk personally confirmed the plan on social media, stating it could bring turbine commissioning forward by up to 18 months. Morgan Stanley noted that the foundry will also cater to Raptor rocket engine casting needs, sharing costs across aerospace and AI operations.
