NEAR Treasury Company SVRN Acquires NEAR Infrastructure Platform FastNEAR

According to official sources, NEAR treasury company SVRN has acquired NEAR infrastructure platform FastNEAR. FastNEAR will join SVRN as a wholly-owned subsidiary, and its co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis will also join the SVRN team. The announcement stated that FastNEAR is the high-performance RPC infrastructure provider behind NEAR applications, and it also supports most of NEAR's data layer, including server clusters that handle network read/write operations, archival infrastructure that stores complete transaction history, and the data source NEARDATA for developers to process this historical record.
