On CNBC's "Midday Report Final Trades," Jason Snipe, founder and chief investment officer of Odyssey Capital Advisors, recommended Netflix, Inc.
The streaming service company's shares traded higher on Tuesday, extending a recent rebound as the stock works to reclaim key moving averages. Meanwhile, Bill Ackman's Pershing Square fund disclosed a 3.15 million-share stake in Netflix last week, representing 4.9% of its portfolio.

Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist, head of investment solutions and equity portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors, said Elanco Animal Health Incorporated's fundamentals are very strong.
Supporting her pick, Elanco Animal Health reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results on August 5 and raised its FY26 guidance above expectations. Additionally, the company issued third-quarter sales guidance that came in above expectations.
The pet health company reported adjusted earnings per share of 34 cents, beating the consensus estimate of 27 cents. Sales rose 10% year-over-year on a reported basis to $1.368 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $1.313 billion.
Joseph M. Terranova, senior managing director at Virtus Investment Partners, said Eli Lilly and Company is approaching all-time highs.
