H100 Group announced that CEO Eirik Grøttum purchased 407,163 H100 shares through affiliated company Kode Oslo AS, totaling approximately 621,900 Swedish kronor at an average price of 1.53 kronor per share. Following the transaction, companies affiliated with Grøttum hold a combined 5,399,464 H100 shares. H100 is a Swedish technology company listed on NGM Nordic SME and executes a bitcoin treasury strategy, currently holding 3,506 BTC on its balance sheet; the company describes itself as the first and largest listed bitcoin treasury company in the Nordics.
