Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Personally Reviews All Employee Compensation; 78% of Staff Are Millionaires

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said on the All-In podcast that he still personally reviews compensation proposals for all of the company's approximately 42,000 employees at the end of every cycle, and almost always increases operating expenses. He stated, "If you take care of your employees, everything else will fall into place," and noted that he has produced more billionaires among his management team than any other CEO.

A survey of approximately 3,000 Nvidia employees cited in the report found that about 76%-78% of staff have become millionaires, with roughly half holding net assets exceeding $25 million. Employees can purchase company stock at a 15% discount through the employee stock purchase plan, while Nvidia's share price has surged nearly 3,800% since 2019, significantly boosting employee wealth.
