$13.7 Billion Quake AI Term Sheet Accelerates Enterprise Cloud Business Pivot
The rally stems from the company's disclosure that its Quake AI cloud division has signed a binding term sheet and commercial agreement with an unaffiliated U.S. cloud customer for GPU services worth up to $13.7 billion over six years.
Under the agreement, Quake AI will provide dedicated AI computing capacity from RUM's data center facility under development in Maysville, Georgia, which will significantly accelerate its expansion into enterprise cloud infrastructure.
Q2 Beat and Optimistic Q3 Guidance Drive Revaluation
Tuesday's strong performance reinforced recent market confidence, following the company's Q2 earnings report released on August 10, which has driven shares up more than 70% over the past month.
RUM Group reported Q2 revenue of $40.4 million, up 61% year-over-year, beating analyst expectations, and issued strong Q3 revenue guidance in the range of $87 million to $93 million.
