(1) Since mid-last week, Saudi Arabia has sold nearly 100 million barrels of crude oil to Asian buyers, helping to avert an imminent supply shortage in the region.

(2) This crude will be shipped via the Strait of Hormuz to buyers, including refineries in India, Japan, and South Korea, among others.

(3) The Saudi East-West Pipeline has not fully resumed operations since the September ​10 attack; Saudi Aramco has taken charge of logistics, delivering the crude oil to Asian customers throughout the journey.
