SharonAI Holdings Inc. shares fell Thursday, dragged down by a broader tech-sector selloff triggered by rising U.S. Treasury yields.
Macro Headwinds Spark Tech Selloff
According to Trading Economics data, the 10-year Treasury yield rose to 4.7%, near a 20-month high, while the 30-year bond yield climbed to 5.25%.
Long-dated Treasury yields rebounded Thursday, reversing earlier declines, after the U.S. Treasury announced an expansion of long-dated bond buybacks. The Treasury plans to at least double its long-dated repurchase size to $4 billion next quarter.
Deployment Milestone Reached
The market decline overshadowed company-specific news released Thursday. Sharon AI announced the completion and customer acceptance of its initial AI cloud deployment, serving a global technology client.
The customer acceptance satisfied the core requirements of a five-year AI cloud infrastructure agreement with an initial value of approximately $950 million.
This milestone also released cash collateral held by a third party. Revenue recognition for the project is scheduled to begin in the third and fourth quarters of 2026.
SHAZ Stock: Key Levels to Watch
From a trend perspective, SHAZ is still struggling to stabilize after a difficult 12-month period, with the moving average stack remaining a resistance. The stock is essentially at short-term trend indicator levels but remains 14.5% below its 50-day simple moving average of $68.42, leaving rallies vulnerable to selling.
Momentum is best measured by the relative strength index, currently at 46.42—neutral but slightly weak after recent declines. The RSI is a quick way to gauge whether moves are overdone; here it suggests SHAZ is not "fully washed out" but also not showing strong upward pressure.
SHAZ price action: As of Thursday's press time, SharonAI Holdings shares were down 10.85% to $58.35.
