(1) Sources familiar with the matter said Petronet LNG Ltd. has received notification from Qatar that the force majeure period for LNG cargoes has been extended to November.

(2) The sources noted that Petronet typically receives force majeure notices from Qatar regarding next month's supplies at the end of each month.

(3) Since the outbreak of the US-Iran conflict in late February, Qatar has so far delivered only four LNG cargoes to Petronet.
