StablecoinX: ENA Lockup to Be Permanently Released on October 5, 2026

StablecoinX stated in a post on X that it has filed a Form 8-K reporting a waiver letter signed with Ethena OpCo and the Ethena Foundation. Effective October 5, 2026, all lockups on ENA held by StablecoinX will be permanently released, a date consistent with the release date previously announced by the Foundation to other ENA holders. StablecoinX noted that ENA will continue to be held as a treasury asset, and any sale remains subject to prior written consent from the Foundation. Ethena is a stablecoin protocol whose governance token is ENA.
