Berenberg Downgrades Stellantis, Citing Sluggish Margin Recovery
Berenberg downgraded Stellantis to "Hold" from "Buy" on Tuesday and cut its price target by nearly 35% to €5.10 from €7.80.
According to Investing.com, the bank's concerns center on profitability failing to keep pace as vehicle shipments recover, with North America being a region where margins are particularly lagging delivery growth. Berenberg also noted that dealers continue to work through excess inventory, which could add pressure to sales figures in the second half of the year.

Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa and Emanuele Cappellano, Chief Operating Officer for the Europe region, will attend press conferences for the brands at the show. Design heads Ralph Gilles and Gilles Vidal will present the company's design strategy, while Chief Engineering and Technology Officer Ned Curic will host a roundtable on the company's new STLA One modular platform from 3:15 to 3:45 AM ET on Monday, October 12.
