Strategy Bitcoin Holdings Reach 848,517 BTC, $193.1 Million Spent on STRC Preferred Stock Buyback

Bitcoin News reported on X that Strategy spent $22.1 million last week to purchase Bitcoin and allocated $193.1 million to buy back its own STRC preferred stock. Between October 12 and 18, Strategy added 267 BTC at an average purchase price of $82,900; the funds came from the sale of 140,872 common shares, bringing its Bitcoin holdings to 848,517 BTC. The Strategy board also raised the digital credit buyback authorization from $2 billion to $3 billion.
