Strategy Conditionally Declares Daily Dividends for STRC in November, Annualized Yield Maintained at 12%

PANews, October 16 - Strategy has conditionally declared daily dividends for its preferred stock STRC for November 1-30, 2026, maintaining an annualized dividend yield of 12.00%. This arrangement is subject to shareholder approval of the "daily dividend" amendment at a vote on October 28. If the amendment passes, each calendar day (including weekends and holidays) will become a dividend record date for STRC. Strategy previously stated that implementing daily dividends would give the company approximately 93% market share, and urged MSTR shareholders to participate in the vote.
