Strive Enterprises Inc shares traded higher Thursday morning, climbing as momentum in the broader cryptocurrency market strengthened.
Strive stock was among the best performers of the day. Why is ASST stock rebounding?
Bitcoin Breakout and Macro Tailwinds Drive Gains
The stock was supported by Bitcoin breaking above $71,000, which directly expanded the net asset value of Strive's crypto balance sheet.
Strive, a structured finance company focused on capital allocation and long-term value creation, has strategically adopted Bitcoin as the hurdle rate for its capital deployment.
Sentiment in the sector continued to be underpinned by the aftermath of Wednesday's high-profile White House crypto summit hosted by President Trump, which brought together senior government officials and industry executives to discuss federal stablecoin frameworks and national strategic reserve policies.
Form 8-K Confirms Treasury Holds 20,246 Bitcoin
Adding to the momentum, Strive disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the SEC on Monday that it expanded its Bitcoin holdings between August 10 and August 14, acquiring 79 Bitcoin at an average price of $63,231 per coin.
This latest purchase brings the company's total corporate holdings to 20,246 Bitcoin, valued at over $1.43 billion at current market prices, up from the 20,167 Bitcoin held on August 7.
