Independent Review Finds No Executive Involvement
Super Micro said the board-led investigation found no evidence that current executives were aware of the alleged transshipment scheme.
The review also found no evidence that the company directly sold export-controlled products to known restricted parties or locations, or that potential transshipments rendered its previously issued financial statements unreliable.
Super Micro was not named as a defendant in the March 2026 indictment and has not been charged with wrongdoing. The indictment involves two former employees and a former contractor, all of whom are unaffiliated with the company.
Super Micro said it has taken personnel actions, including terminations, against employees who failed to comply with company policies or codes of conduct.
