Remaining Deliveries to Be Completed by 2027
In an interview with Freight Waves on Thursday, Einride plans to put about 75 of its ordered Semis into operation by the end of this year, with the remaining vehicles targeted for completion by the end of 2027.
Charli stated: "The initial order is 500 trucks; we expect, you know, about 75 of those to be deployed this year," adding that the rest of the fleet will be "deployed by the end of next year." The CEO also noted that the strategy is "focused on the U.S." Einride is a Swedish company headquartered in Stockholm, operating a fleet of autonomous electric trucks.
