US Sports Company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results on Tuesday and raised its full-year outlook.
US Sports Company reported adjusted earnings per share of 22 cents, beating the consensus estimate of 11 cents. Revenue rose 32% year-over-year to $1.633 billion, exceeding the $1.543 billion expectation.
For the third quarter, US Sports Company expects earnings per share of 31 cents to 33 cents, below the 39-cent consensus estimate at the midpoint. The company expects revenue of $2.072 billion to $2.107 billion, exceeding the $2.065 billion consensus estimate at the midpoint.
US Sports Company raised its full-year 2026 GAAP earnings per share outlook from $1.18 to $1.23 to $1.27 to $1.30. The new range is above the analyst expectation of $1.20. The company also raised its revenue outlook from $7.879 billion to $8.011 billion to approximately $8.142 billion, exceeding the $8.023 billion expectation.
Chief Executive Officer James Zheng said: "Our global momentum continued in the second quarter, with revenue growth exceeding 30% and significant operating margin expansion. All business segments, geographies, and channels delivered strong double-digit growth, with Salomon Softgoods performing exceptionally well again, Arc'teryx showing strong omnichannel performance, and Wilson Tennis 360 accelerating growth."
US Sports Company shares rose 0.6% on Wednesday, trading at $33.83.
Analysts Adjust Price Targets
