Volcano Engine launches education-sector Agent, opening up Doubao Aixue’s photo-solve and homework-grading AI capabilities

On August 31, Volcano Engine officially released the education-sector version of its connected Q&A Agent, opening up AI tutoring capabilities such as photo-based problem solving and homework grading, previously featured in “Doubao Aixue.”

This version covers all subjects from primary to high school, supports step-by-step problem explanations and full-page intelligent grading, and leverages Doubao Search to integrate over a hundred authoritative sources to ensure content reliability. Education apps, smart hardware, and in-school device vendors can now integrate via the Volcano Engine console.
