TrendForce's latest report shows that driven by sharp increases in storage contract prices, DRAM and NAND Flash will rise from 47% of major cloud service providers' capital expenditures in 2026 to 68% in 2027. Server DRAM prices are expected to accumulate gains of approximately 270% in 2026, while HBM could still rise another 70% to 140% in 2027.
