AllScale Launches CLI Tool, AI Agents Can Complete Stablecoin Payments and Collections with One Command

August 21 — According to the official X account of AllScale, a self-custody stablecoin digital bank, the platform has launched the AllScale CLI command-line tool. With a single installation, users can complete stablecoin collections, payments, and account reconciliation directly from the terminal. On the collection side, one command sends itemized invoices to any valid email address, supporting USDT or USDC, with no prior registration or partnership required for the recipient. On the payment side, users approve spending limits once — including per-transaction caps, total budget, and validity period — after which scripts can run unattended. Each payment creates and funds a Claim Link, eliminating the need for recipients to provide a wallet address; the process is idempotent, so failed tasks mid-way will not result in duplicate payments.

Each command prints JSON to standard output and returns 13 documented exit codes, allowing scripts or AI agents to automatically branch on results without screenshot-based page verification. AllScale stated that the CLI works in any environment capable of running a shell and is now available on npm under the package name @allscale/cli.
