August 21 News, according to Jinshi reports, people familiar with the matter revealed that AI company Anthropic expects its IPO size to match or surpass the record set by SpaceX. As the AI firm accelerates its listing preparations, a mega-sized IPO is taking shape. Insiders said Anthropic is conducting relevant calculations and preparing to publicly file a potential massive IPO application as early as the end of this month. They revealed that a recent investor communication meeting chaired by Chief Financial Officer Klao avoided valuation issues. Data shows that rocket and satellite company SpaceX raised $75 billion at its IPO, becoming the largest initial stock offering in history. Due to the exercise of the so-called overallotment option, that figure eventually rose to $86.2 billion. This mechanism is typically triggered when stocks rise in the early stages of listing.
