On August 25, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes stated that his over-the-counter brokerage has begun receiving inquiries about U.S. dollar borrowing demand. Although current interest rates remain at relatively low levels, he believes this could indicate a return of basis trading, and noted that Ethena's related token ENA may benefit from this.
