On August 26, according to Cointelegraph, Bitwise Asset Management has officially launched self-custodied tokenized stock investment portfolios, aiming to provide automated investment strategies for eligible investors outside the United States.

The product operates on tokenized U.S. equity assets recently listed by Coinbase, adopting an architecture that separates strategy customization from custody: Bitwise is responsible for setting portfolio models and methodologies, while the Glider platform automatically executes trades and position rebalancing. The initial launch includes three strategies covering Mag7X, robotics, and leading AI companies, with underlying assets including Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla, and SpaceX. Unlike traditional funds, users' tokenized stocks remain in their personal non-custodial wallets at all times, with Bitwise charging only a 0.15% methodology access fee. The project stated that since users retain actual control over their assets, these tokenized equities can further integrate with DeFi protocols for lending and other businesses in the future.
