August 25 news, according to Bloomberg, Bitwise Asset Management, which manages approximately $9 billion in client assets, will launch "Automated Token Portfolios" (ATP), allowing eligible investors outside the US to hold tokenized stock baskets in non-custodial wallets. The product will use Coinbase's tokenized US stocks and be powered by Glider, with automatic rebalancing based on weights set by Bitwise. The initial portfolios will focus on the "Magnificent Seven" tech stocks, artificial intelligence, and robotics themes. Unlike traditional funds, the underlying assets will not be pooled into an investment vehicle but will remain in investors' own wallets. The product will charge a 0.15% methodology access fee and is expected to go live within the coming weeks.
