ChatGPT to Integrate with Apple's iMessage on Mac

On August 21, according to Cailian Press, OpenAI launched a new feature on Thursday local time, allowing users to control Apple's iMessage service via ChatGPT on Mac. This enables ChatGPT to perform operations such as reading, composing, and sending text messages, as well as retrieving information and generating conversation summaries, offering cross-platform convenience. Previously, ChatGPT could already integrate with Mac-native apps like Apple's developer tools Xcode, Notes, and Terminal, and could read data from the iOS Health app with specific authorization.
