CXMT Named Core LPDDR6 Memory Partner for Xiaomi's Xuanjie O3

Xiaomi officially launched the Xuanjie O3 chip. The new-generation Xuanjie O3 is the world's first flagship mobile processor (SoC) to support LPDDR6 memory chips. CLS reporters learned from the supply chain that domestic memory leader ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is the core LPDDR6 memory partner for Xiaomi's Xuanjie O3.

In March this year, reports emerged that CXMT's LPDDR6 had been sent to key customers for sampling, and in early August, multiple media outlets reported it was nearing the end of verification. With its deployment in the Xuanjie O3, this marks the first application of domestically produced LPDDR6 chips in a flagship processor, signifying that domestic low-power memory has officially entered the global first tier.
