A fire broke out at the Afipsky oil refinery in southern Russia following a nighttime drone attack. The governor of Krasnodar Krai said local emergency services are responding to the blaze. Ukrainian operations have reduced Russian oil processing volumes to multi-year lows and intensified fuel supply pressures. The Afipsky refinery, owned by ForteInvest, has a crude processing capacity of approximately 180,000 barrels per day.
