GPT-6 Not Yet Released, OpenAI May Have Already Finished Training Next-Generation 10-Trillion-Parameter Base Model

OpenAI has reportedly just completed a new large-scale pretraining run, internally codenamed Bel, with total parameters exceeding 10 trillion. The leak claims OpenAI has positioned it beyond GPT-6, potentially serving as the base for a future "AGI threshold model." Previously, Doug was considered the pretraining base for Astra and GPT-6; Bel is the next generation after Doug. The same leak also states that Anthropic may struggle to release a comparable model in response to Astra this year, mainly constrained by compute power.
